EA Shark Activated on Live Account

Before I start with today’s newsletter I need to say a couple of things about MaxEDD, the robot testing and optimization software I mentioned last week. I purchased this product (as well as the the “Profits Report” upsell) when it launched, but after spending some time with it I would have to say that I’m a little disappointed by what was delivered.

The EA analysis tool requires that you have an existing account statement, so in most cases you would have to buy the EA and demo test it for a period before you can run the analysis on it and you can’t just copy someone else’s statement either. All in all I don’t think this is a very practical tool and for the basic information it provides it’s probably not worth the effort. The profit report upsell wasn’t really an eye opener either – they only did 2 case studies (Forex Megadroid and Forex Overdrive) and their reports didn’t really reveal anything we didn’t know already.

If anybody has had a more positive experience with MaxEDD please let me know and I’d be more than happy reconsider my above review!

Here is this week’s forex robot performance report.

1. Robot Performance Comments

My live account has took a nosedive over the last couple of weeks and I eventually decided to stop all EA’s and reconsider my strategy. After lots of consideration and analysis of the EA’s I’m testing I decided to keep Wallstreet Forex Robot and remove Forex Combo System and Million Dollar Pips from the live account. I also decided to add Shark EA to the live account, mainly because of its initial good performance and good track record.

I know that I’m probably making too many changes to this account at the moment, but I hope that my own process of trial and error will help some of my subscribers to avoid making the same mistakes on their own account. Eventually I hope to develop a good combination of EA/Broker/VPS that I can recommend for live trading.

My current Top 5 Forex Robots are still as follows:

1. Wallstreet Forex Robot
2. Forex Combo System
3. Shark EA
3. Forex Growth Bot
4. Kangaroo EA

2. Live Account Performance

Active EA’s:
