Before I get into this week’s newsletter I just want to apologize for the lack of detail today. My laptop was damaged over the weekend and I’m still busy setting things up on the new one. By next week everything should be back to normal and I hope to have some interesting new EA’s added to the testing portfolio.

Today also marks the official launch of the Straddle Trader Pro system that I’ve been writing about for the past 2 weeks. As far as I know the EA they were giving away for no cost will still keep on working, but the datafeed component (which is the essential part) will stop working over the next few days unless you upgrade to the full version. Even though I can’t afford to jump on this one, I definitely think that it is a good investment. Straddle Trader Pro addresses all the problems that traders usually have when straddling news releases and the result is a system that is almost foolproof. I know that there are other factors that play a part like the broker you use, the speed of your connection etc, but as I say in the review above, you just have to make sure to set things up correctly from the start.

Forex Combo System is trying really hard to recover from the few losing weeks it has had and I’m happy to see that there is a large winning trade that is currently open.

The Million Dollar Pips EA seem to be struggling a bit since I upgraded to the latest version, so even though it’s been off to a good start I think it’s best to monitor it a while longer before putting this one on real money.
