The robot testing portfolio is looking a little thin at the moment, so I’d like to add 2 new robots to the portfolio this week. At the moment I’m considering Forex Supersonic, the robot from John Wilson that so many affiliates promoted last week and the more professional looking Forex Legend that the Fap Turbo guys recommended. Lastly, here are my trading results for the past week:

1. Manual Trading

(Using the 1 Minute Daily System on my LIVE Account)

In my account it wasn’t a good week for the 1 Minute Daily EA. It made 1 winning trade and 3 losing trades for a net loss of 137 pips. This strategy is very similar to the one used by Forex Supersonic, but the Forex Supersonic strategy is definitely a bit more refined, so it may be a good replacement for the 1 Minute Daily EA. I like the 1 Minute Daily system for its simplicity, but after seeing some of its losing trades I would definitely like to see some sort of filter added to ensure that it doesn’t trade against the trend or when there is no trend present.

2. Robot Testing in Live Accounts

Forex Megadroid (Using Alpari UK): Took no trades last week, so no profit or loss were made. It’s been 2 weeks since Megadroid’s last trade and many new users are frustrated with its lack of trading. Its always better to have no trades than to have losses, so I personally don’t worry too much about these quiet periods..it will probably come back with a bunch of winners to make up for it. A new version of Megadroid was released over the weekend, so it would be interesting to see if there are any significant changes in its behaviour.

Fap Turbo (Using Gallant FX and Settings From Fap Turbo Expert Guide): For the moment Fap Turbo is still disabled.

3. Robot Testing in Demo Accounts

Fish Forex Robot: This robot just keeps on making one winning trade after the other and I’m really impressed with its performance so far. It made 3 winning trades for the week and a net profit of 4.25%. I’ve been testing the Fish robot for exactly 1 month now and so far it has made 148 pips for a total profit of 18.6%. At the moment I’m very tempted to move it to the Gallant FX account that I previously used for Fap Turbo, just to see how it performs with real money.

Forex Harvester: Made 2 small trades and ended up just above break even for the week. I’ve been testing Forex Harvester for exactly 3 months and in that period it has made a profit of just under 4%. This is not a massive gain, but it’s not too bad if you consider that it had it’s worst losing week ever during this period. 99% of the robots that I test don’t even make it to the 3 month mark, so I’m definitely not ready to discard this one yet. Forex Harvester may not double your account every month, but it definitely falls in the “slow, consistent gainer” category.
